ONLY IF EVERYONE IS OVER 21 *$150 deposit required. none-negotiable, NON-refundable, can bring light foods, fruit tray, cheese tray, etc. 'exceptions on food'. *Please note, this is not a venue. We can only cater to 20 people at a time. Non-negotiable. *NO KIDS/BABIES, NO BONNETS, NO DU RAGS, NO SAGGY PANTS, NO HOUSE SHOES, NO SMOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS. *Ages 15 an up for private parties. (DISCOUNTS DOES NOT WORK ON EVENTS) THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS ANYTHING, ITS TO KEEP YOUR PARTY PRIVATE, (NO OUTSIDERS) YOUR ABLE TO BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD, CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS, BRING YOUR OWN PLAYLIST IF YOU HAVE ONE, I PROVIDE CUPS & ICE. I CAN PROVIDE 1-2 CHAFFERS IF YOU NEED THEM, JUST BRING YOUR OWN BURNERS. BASICALLY YOUR RENTING THE ROOM FOR $150 TO ENJOY YOUR EVENT.
